Acha Septriasa

  Acha Septriasa, an Indonesian actor and singer of Minangkabau origin, was born in Jakarta on the 1st of September 1989. Septriasa is the 3rd child of six children. Her birthplace was Jelita Septriasa in Jakarta, Indonesia on September 1st, 1989 to Sagitta Emza and Rita Emza. Juwita Maritsa is her older sister and performer. From 1995 until 2001, she was a student at Muha mmadiyah Primary School 6 and later State Junior High School 73 and State Junior High School 73, both situated in Tebet (South Jakarta). From 2004 until 2007 she was a student at State Senior High School, in the 82nd floor of Jakarta. Septriasa began her modeling career with the Gadis Sampul pageant. It was hosted by Gadis Teen magazine in 2004. In 2005, she appeared in Apa Artinya Cinta. (What is the meaning and Meaning of Love?) She was a supporting actor in the movie. She became famous with Heart in the year following. She was in a duet with Nirina Zubir as well as her former boyfriend Irwansyah, Melly Goeslaw wrote the soundtrack album along with Irwansyah. Her husband, Melly Goeslaw, got the album double platinum. The two songs, "Sampai Menutup Mata", ("Until I Close My Eyes") as well as "My Heart", were broadcast internationally.
