Aaminah Haq

Aaminah Haq (Urdu: amnh Hq), also variously spelled as Aamina Haq or Amna Haq) is a Pakistani model and actress. Haq has been a model for several magazines like She, Libas, Visage, Women's Own, Fashion Collection and Newsline. She was also the host of three seasons of Lux Style ki Duniya, and hosted a chat show for Aag TV, called The Aaminah Haq Show. Haq has been featured in a variety of Urdu TV dramas, including Ghulam Gardish and Chaandni Raatain. She was also a part of the TV drama Mehndi No matter if it's weight gain or fat-loss how we appear to the way we dress --constant criticism of our bodies is a grave fact of daily life. Even worseis that women are exposed to it at a far higher rate and in a more severe manner as their male counterparts and are often criticized by women.
